Why doesn't he change his name to DSat Radio Sounds Worse Than FM?

The bit-rates for most stations are hardly anything to write home about. 
Even with all that bandwidth available.

If we were to ever have AAC+ or whatever, we would probably still end up 
with the minimum they could get away with and muxes half empty. Pretty 
much as it is in Digital 1 at the moment.
