More4 higher resolution
More4 is transmitting at 704x576 resolution on D-Sat, rather than the normal
544x576. All the other channels on the transponder are still 544x576.
The bit-rate seems to be increased too.

Hopefully Channel 4 will convert all their channels to 704 soon (here's
hoping, but unlikely as they already have seven channels on one
transponder).

My Topfield fta satellite recorder gives More4 special treatment by
adding a few extra microseconds of line blanking. In pause, however, you
get the full width picture. More4 is the only programme I've found that
it happens in, and it occurs in live view or playback.

Must be something odd about the data.
