When Five join Freesat will they have a HD channel?

Five's technical director stated in TV Broadcast Europe last month, that 
the channel has no immediate plans for an HD service.

If the HD versions of the programmes cost more than the SD, Five
might not be able to afford them.

far more american tv shows are HD than uk shows. - it's pretty much expected 
of all prime time shows these days.
