Where did you get it?

The only UK supplier seems to be alltrade, and their website is rather 
un-inviting, requiring you to create a trade account, wanting to know how 
many vans your installation business runs, etc.   It's not exactly end-user 
friendly.

I can make up details if necessary, is that my only option?

No, they will take cc details and ship direct[1]. I spoke to a George 
Lebow at Swires who was very helpful. You can phone the 01268 574574 
number listed on the web site.

[1] I did buy it through my company - but I did not get the impression 
that was a requirement. (If it turns out they will only supply trade 
then I can always order another for you).

Altrade is a pain in the arse for this sort of thing.

I can order using our company details, that's OK.
( Our company is not in the aerial business, but as you say, that may not be 
an issue. )
