So, you've been to http://www.leadtek.com/uk/support/list_driver.asp and
looked for the drivers and manual?

It would also help considerably if you specified the symptoms, the OS
(XP, Vista, Linux etc) and some info about the hardware.

I have had little problem with mine under XP Home, AMD XP 2400+ 512MB
memory before and with the updated drivers and software I downloaded -
though it isn't used much 'cos SWMBO objects to the coax snaking up the
stairs :-(

I've recently moved it to an AMD 64 X2 with 2GB without a problem and
the dual boot OpenSuSE 10.2 64bit picked up the card and installed the
necessary software to use it.

Assuming it's more computer related than TV related, I would try
re-asking, with the additional info in uk.comp.homebuilt as there are
likely to be more people with computer "tinkering" experience that don't
care about digital TV ;-) BTW that model is analogue TV.
