Wednesday Thoughts
A modest day's fare, but some bits of value present themselves IMHO.
In Lingfield's 1.50, ELMALEEHA didn't seem to like cut in the ground
on her seasonal reappearance, but was also facing a quality of field
not in evidence today. Market support for this one will be
significant, and at the current price looks tempting.
In the second division at 2.20, DESERT CHILL has found a good
opportunity to get off the mark against nothing that makes a
compelling counter claim. There is maybe just a suspicion that this
Godolphin filly is not entirely genuine, but should have enough class
to bag a win here at the very least. Good value at present.
Tonight's 7.40 Kempton offers MATSUNOSUKE was caught napping at York
last time. The return to the all weather - where he's acquitted
himself well in the past - should reinvigorate him and indeed his
winning chances. Against what is a surprisingly modest field for a
listed race, I consider him good value here.
Whatever your choices chaps, make them winning ones!
