Forgot to mention that recent Ascot Sales bargain buy/long distance
traveller Silver Blue gave NH trainer W.K. Goldsworthy his first Flat winner
at his 30th attempt.Silver Blue is entered at Bath tomorrow and is being
stabled there overnight. If O.K. tomorrow he will run again.
Had not noticed Goldsworthy before. Evidently he does well with Ex Flat
horses over Hurdles and many of his Hurdle winners evidently go in after
having a prep race on the Flat. Does anyone have the stats on this?
Derek.
