this post keeps disappearing? maybe an omen ?

Plenty of racing and good racing at that, today :-)

Ascot

2.20 Victoria Cup

As tricky as ever and always a challenge imo so I`ll put up these 3 for
consideration:

KING OF DIXIE only had 3 runs but has improved with each run and stable
confidence is high. Not sure if single figure odds in a race like this
presents any value ?

AL KHALEEJ touted as though defeat is out of the question, but his win lto at
Kempton was very impressive!

MINE out of the age range according to stats but is a perrenial dish
here, won it a few years ago now but cannot be ignored imo

3.20

BUSTER HYVOINEN has wins over hurdles and flat and is in great heart, sure to
stay.SILVER SUITOR moves up to this trip after good efforts over shorter.

and on to

HAYDOCK

1.25 Terrific race to open with,Pipe has 3 and all with chances also the top
weights come into this.I`m going low with NOSFERATU out of the H`cap but
this is the sort of race the JOHNSON,WYLIE AND O`REAGEN team like to get
their teeth into(sorry)

2.00 SWINTON HURDLE

All 24 have chances in this thats why its always a bugger to decypher.I`ll
go along with the Class horse of the race (imho) GROUP CAPTAIN who can make
his mark in H`cap racing at first attempt.

4.00

DIAMOND TYCOON looks interesting dropping back to this from 1m 2f?

4.30

CAPE VALE is dropped back to 6f and that`ll do for me :-) can get back to
winning ways imo

Had a quick look at the Swinton Hurdle. I really like Timmy Murphy as a
booking for I'M SO LUCKY who ran well at Aintree before running out of
gas so the step back to 2 miles will suit for this former Royal Ascot
winner.

Re: saturday view 2
The beautifully bred SALSA STEPS Ling 3.45 showed a very impressive turn of
foot last time & can improve further still.
In the Victoria Cup at Ascot, its the jolly AL KHALEEJ for me, given an
extra 9lbs for his very nice 3L+ win last time out, looks to have a lot more
in hand than that, he just needs the gaps today IMO.
Okay then, I'm off to watch my superleague team Warrington Wolves get beat
by Saints (again!).
Good luck everyone.
Cheers ears.
Aid.
