very early LOL I hate getting up early :-(((
some decent enough fare, weather permiting of course.
Ascot
145 Another marathon Hurdle lol
I love HARDLY USELESS as you all know ,and he looked as if he would stay lto
flws
If he survives the last hurdle and is thereabouts he will not have INGLIS
DRIVER in front of him this time, so SPECIAL ENVOY is a must for the short
list.
I think that DOUMEN being the patient trainer he is will have KASBAH BLISS
primed to finally step up,and hammered in the World Hurdle at the Festival
has come back stronger this year imho must have a place chance at least..
2.15
Once JACK THE GIANT got in the faces have helped themselves and why he is
lbs better off here over hurdles i still have my doubts,i think judging by
his exploits his future is very much over the bigger obstacles. But Iwould
not put anyone off backing him thats for sure.
A couple of improvers catch the eye MISSIS POTTS and KANAD ,the former is
improving hand over fist and must be considered, like MP KANAD has made
Holiday Vouchers galore for me and I`m prepared to overlook his lto run on
what was loosely described as heavy going lol
The Irish raider is not without a decent chance but this is very much
tougher than anything he has had to deal with previously imhp
Haydock
1.30 NOM DE GURRE has taken to hurdling well, but may be a tad too short for
me.
3.05 The consitent NIKOLA may have found an opportunity to open her a/c
over fences, the ground will be suited today.flws
Newcastle
2.25 FRANKIE FIGG cost lto with a stumble and fall but can make amends here
imo
thats it,good luck all

Wow that is early for you 00:05 !
Well my study today has been hampered by xmas shopping which I hate but
luckily kept to a minimum, everything done in 2 hours, no problem but
now I just have to really on my top-ratings and gut feeling.
Anyway, on to the real action today.
Best bet today for me is HARDY EUSTACE, have him clear of the rest here,
decent figures posted last time and the only likely challenger (at this
stage) to Inglis Drever. Despite cracking on in years is still unexposed
at this level and he will fight for you all the way to the line. NAP bet.
In the Silver Cup at 1:05 MADISON DU BERLAIS can continue the good run
of David Pipe.
In the Ladbroke hurdle, very competitive but I like TROUBLE AT BAY for
Alan King who has his team in fine form at the moment. Good reappearance
effort for him and if he can build on that is still potentially fairly
handicapped on his best hurdles form, 14/1 looks fair each-way price.
Dangers I have down as Chivalry for Venetia Williams who is flying and
Altihar for Gary Moore who are both around the 12/1 mark.
PRINCE DE BERSY can probably land the novice at 2:50.
Over at Haydock I like Augustine in the 12:55 and Endless Power in the
3:05 while the Tommy Whittle can go to Rambling Minster.
Over at Navan I have Knocknabooly in the 2:30 well clear and Litron in
the 3:00.
