quiz
following 2 of the most crap racing days there has ever been :-)
I thought a little lighthearted quiz would perhaps bring a smile to one or
two of us lol

Q: where do the racing terms " Favourite" and "The Favourites been turned
over!" come from and! why???..*GRIN*

Prize: a bottle of Rioja, which of courseI will test for the winner and
then,let him/her know how it was '-))

No idea. I thought it was just a bookmaking term. It could be
related to jousting I suppose. Favours were carried and
contestants were certainly turned over?
