'National Hunt' Novices Hurdles ...   
Sorry folks, but I see them listed each day for the jump cards at this
time of the year, but haven't the foggiest how these differs from
standard novice hurdles.

Can someone enlighten me?

  For horses which have not run under flat racing regulations.
It eliminates all those smart flat horses.
