Warm Up Exercises
Hi

Just getting over inflamed tendons in my left wrist and concerned
about getting out on the course again for the first time. Anyone got
any good ideas for stretches, warm ups etc?

Y'know...gone stir crazy without my golf...I've never done drugs but
if this is cold turkey then you can keep it!!

Cheers and thanks in advance

Gentle (and I mean GENTLE) circular movements.

5 times clockwise and 5 times anti-clockwise and repeat once. Do this
from the wrists, then from the elbow and then from the shoulders. At
this point you may look as if your about to take off and a bit of a dork
but it may help reduce any sudden impacts and stretching of the muscles
and tendons during the first few shots.

Hope this helps and take care or you'll be going through golfing cold
turkey again!
