Handicapping in pairs events
Currently the 'recommendation' for singles events is full handicap for
both stroke play and match play. Lots of clubs and societies have taken
this on board with mostly positive feedback to my knowledge.

Do any of the H/Cap gurus know of changes afoot regarding getting rid of
the 3/4 difference for pairs match play, 3/4 allowance for 4BBB and 3/8
(or whatever it is) for foursomes etc and bringing them up to full (or
half in the case of 4-somes)?

The foursomes recommendation is already 1/2 combined. See
