Nike golf shoe problem
Brought as set at a JJB store last december - still have the receipt.
Now the leather has come loose at the right toe.
I dont live in the UK - but I brought them in a UK store (not online).
Does it make sense to complain ?
Reson I ask is that I am not familiar with UK consumer rights.

(Also have a pair of Nike running shoes I brought in the US - there the sole
has let go from the top. My feet fit well with Nike - but I am sort of
dissapointed after using them without problems for many years.)

thx,
Nic

You are entitled to a refund or replacement within a year. Of course, you
have to get them back to the store...

JJB is a big outfit and won't complain.

Re: Nike golf shoe problem
About 2 years ago I bought a pair of "waterproof" Footjoys while on holiday
in the US.

Back in the UK, during their first winter they began to leak. I contacted
Footjoy in the UK explained the situation and that I still had the US
receipt. They replaced them for me. What a great result!

So try contacting Nike (maybe through their website) and explain the
situation. You never know your luck.
