FOA 2008 latest
Ok,

I've spoken again to Forest of Arden and they are very keen to do the
right thing by us. I would like to go there as I have heard reports
this year that it is in excellent condition.

We can have the deal which I originally posted, 10 am tee time on the
Monday, and on the Arden course. This should be ok for check out etc I
think.

Now they are definite at these prices, per person prices, 2 rounds
golf, dinner in private dining area and breakfast and full use of
leisure facilities.

£ 119 for a double, £ 154 for a single.

To get decent tee times we would need to go on Sun 20th April, this
would give us 12.00 - 12.42 on the Aylesford on the Sunday, and 10.00
- 10.42 on the Arden on the Monday.

We currently have 16 interested golfers so only 8 more spaces available,
  get them quick!

Details re deposits and costs for non golfers to follow. Plus I will
try and get emails off to everyone who has expressed interest once I
decipher your spam traps :-)

There must be a little more interest out there? All welcome and I can
assure you it's a friendly bunch of people.

No deposit required at the moment, just a simple , " Yes I'd like to
play an excellent golf course in good company and drink more beer than I
  should " kind of response.

To re state, Sun 20 th April, 18 holes Aylesford course, dbb, 18
holes Arden course on the Monday,

Still 8 places left,

Bill

Last call for any more . Forest of Arden, come on, it's a cracking
course.

Still at 16 maximum. In order to finalise the booking with Marriott I
need to give a firm figure on numbers. can everyone have a good shout
round with mates etc to see if we can get this number up? I've no
problem at all booking for 16, price will be the same,

I need to know by start of next week to make sure we don't loose our
reservation.
