Isn't it time that Alan Curbishly gave it a rest
Curbishly the voice of football has an opinion on how every other club
should be run. He is worse than Steve Bunce, he is on TV and has his
own page in "The Daily Heil".

He was 1 game from the sack last season and only Carlos Tevez and some
dodgy shenanigans saved the Irons from the drop.

Time to belt up.

What do you say Peter Piper ?

An overated manager. Yes, he did well at Charlton, but that was within an
overall framework of relatively low expectations.

ngs would be verrry quiet if no one offered any opinions.

Actually, maybe not, we'd at least have MI5 and chinese trainers to keep us
amused....

What or who attracted the mass spammers to your NG?
We have several hundred a day to the Manc Ng which I assume is a spam bot
put in action by one of the kopite trolls, fortunately for me
news.individual blocks 98% of them.

There are a lot of posters from different groups I don't at all mind,
Baldrick is just completely full of shite though.

Each to their own, I guess - I get on with him and don't necessarily agree
with him all the time, nor him me I guess...

Of course Curbishley has an opinion on how football clubs should be run,
hardly surprising that, given he's a former football player and an
experienced football manager/coach. In fact, it would be more surprising if
he didn't have opinions about football matters, wouldn't it?

And it isn't his fault that journalists invite him to comment on football
matters, nor that editors offer him columns and TV spots - those are their
decisions, not his.

It'll be time for him to belt up when nobody wants to publish his comments.

I slept very little actually. Now if you don't mind it was a valid and
on topic question.

You think Alan Curbishly a long time professional in the game is not
entitled to his opinions on the very subject he has spent a lifetime doing,
yet you think it perfectly ok to constantly spew your *yawn* wisdom over
every football newsgroup 24 hours a day 7 days a week?

I know which opinion holds weight with most posters and it ain't the plastic
Mafiosi, pizza delivery boy.

Now look here Sonny Jim I remind you that I am classed as an ethnic
minority and this type of abuse carries a £2,500 fine. However I am
not a grass even though I was grassed up because of Usenet posts, and I
hope I am mature enough to deal with your Mafia and Pizza jibes.

Curbishly just can't seem to stop himself lately and now he is
apparently an expert on how Liverpool FC should be run.
