Walcott????
Just found this on a website, not sure this could even be remotely true. But
we do need a creative striker.

Could Walcott Be Heading To The Boleyn
Submitted by Neville Nixon on 14 January, 2008 - 11:40.
Theo Walcott could be making the short move across London from Arsenal to
West Ham on loan for the rest of the season. The move could see Walcott in
Alan Curbishley's depleted squad as soon as Sunday's Premier League
encounter with Manchester City. If Walcott does arrive on loan Arsenal will
have the option of recalling him with only seven days notice, but despite
this restriction the deal could be mutually beneficial for both the clubs
and the player. His first team appearances have been severely restricted of
late a move could help re-invigorate his game, he would prevent Hammers
having to dip into the market for a striker as the hope is that Craig
Bellamy and Bobby Zamora will eventually both be available for selection.
This could be a bit pie in the sky, but the information comes from a
reliable source close to the Gooners, if it comes off great, if not, with
Faubert looking raring to go and the Z Man and the Welsh hitter arriving
like the cavalry, fans can put the disappointment of Scotty Parker's injury
behind them and look forward to seeing a bit of class. - Ed
