It's nice what he says.  He mentions Chelsea but also there are Carrick and 
Ferdinand at Man U too.

I hope we carry on bringing the youngsters through as I believe this is 
where we have found our most consistent and committed players.

The new Chairman is very keen to support the womens' game too and has been 
really supportive unlike Mr Brown before him.
