Customer Service @ Setanta
This is the "customer service" I have recieved after signing up for a trial
usage with Setanta. Buyer Beware!
This is my Sixth request for cancellation, the previous five being
unanswered.
The first was on the 30th of July, at which time your companys computer
acknowledged
receipt and promised to reply within 5 days. Your company supply a
telephone helpline number, and advise
that it should be used if difficulties arise. All attempts to get through on
this line are futile. (I suspect intentionally)
Please cancel my current (Ricky Hatton fight) two month trial and
>direct debit. I no longer wish to be subscribed to your service.

Please reply to this email to confirm receipt.
Please do not make further deductions on my direct debit, you do not
have my permission to do this. As you seem to be ignoring my e-mails /
attempts to cancel I am going to assume that you are yet another
company internet trading with low standards of customer service
