Well it's not over yet. We still have a chance of scraping into the play
offs. If you want to put a positive spin on it, the kind of form we need to
make the play offs now is the kind of form that is likely to get you through
the play offs and back to the premiership. So if we do make it, we will have
a chance. On the other hand even if we hit the best form of any team this
season right up until the last game there is still no gaurantee of even
making the play offs. So the odds are against us.
My majour concern now is even if we do manage to scrape our way back into
the Premiership it's clear the current team is a long way from being able to
avoid going right back down again. Another season down here won't help. We
have crossed that point now where we are no better off then any other team
in this division and really will be building up from scratch when and if we
make our return. Bale will be off in the summer whatever happens and we'd be
fooling ourselves to think there is any chance of Micheal Svensson comming
back now. None of the rest of the team would be on anything other then the
fringes of a Premiership squad (not one that isn't on the verge of
relegation all season anyway). Truth is we will need to sell Bale to get
funds to buy new players next season because as we know Wilde failed to
bring in any fresh investment and there is no more parachute payment. If we
make it up we will need a lot of cash so he'll be out either way.
Anyway, it doesn't look good. To be honest I'm not totally convinced by our
manager at the moment or the new board and don't get me started on the
players. Lol. Still could be worse, I could be a Skate. Then it wouldn't
matter how well my club did because I'd still be a Skate. Hah.

Anyway, it doesn't look good. To be honest I'm not totally convinced by our
manager at the moment or the new board and don't get me started on the
players. Lol. Still could be worse, I could be a Skate. Then it wouldn't
matter how well my club did because I'd still be a Skate. Hah.
