like the first message below.
Those that have already predicted will get a reminder/confirmation of 
their prediction like the second message below.

You can amend your e-mail preference in the predictions page at 
www.winchcombe.org/saints to say that either you:
a) do want any e-mails
b) only want to receive reminders for games you haven't predicted for 
yet (like message 1)
c) always want to receive reminders for game, even if you've predicted 
already (like message 2). This is the default until you change it.
