Look up 'sporting integrity' and you'll see a Celtic team photo of the bhoys
dressed in Kimonos in the shadow of Mt Fuji.

Or maybe not.

You got an extention to the league. How many extentions did you
actually want?

He still made the best post I have seen in any football newsgroup for many
a year re the problems RFC have and how to go about solving them.

I take my hat off to him for that.

Yeah that was a crackin' post from FishSupper. Not sure if anything like
FishSupper suggested will get done by Rangers. Pity.

I've been busy at work. No wait, I was on holiday. My dog died. I was doing
my taxes.

Ok, I'll be honest. After the scenes in Manchester and the death of Tommy
Burns I just don't care very much right now. After the uefa cup final, there
was an inevitability about losing the league and when it happened I found I
wasn't that bothered beyond a bit of regret for the players and staff at
Ibrox. When we won the scottish cup I just thought "so what?" I am well
scunnered with football right now and I think it has to do mainly with the
cunts in Manchester.

The prospect of us signing Miller and Velicka isn't upping my pulserate any
either.

Sure it's just footie fatigue. I think a few people probably found the
season pretty exhausting. Was an emotional roller coaster for all. I'm
starting to think the main reason we have the close season is so that fans,
more than players, can re-charge their batteries. This year more than ever.

All that carry on in Manchester has been swept under the big bulging

Apparently there is an investigation at the moment from Uefa so that may be
causing the hiatus.

Have to admit when we won the league that night i thought id be doing
cartwheels around the room, especially after seeing aberdeen putting goals
past rangers but it kind of felt a bit of an empty night.I think with the
events surrounding TB many felt kind of numb about football.I think if we
had lost on the night and rangers won yes id have been sad but really i
think footballing events really came second with regard to the two sad
passings this season.

The rearrangers got their extension and were still found wanting. You've
got Gordon Smith, George Peat, Mike McCurry and Fraser Wishart in place and
all working for you. Just not good enough, you'll need to come up with much
more than that if you want to take the title from the three(3) in a row
CHAMPIONS.

died? I was just as upset as everyone. Go and fuck yourself you

Your reply earlier shows how you felt, you couldnt fucking care less so stop
putting on some fake act! Tommy Burns meant more to most fans than winning
the league and many felt the league win didnt have the same sparkle due to
the time of his passing. But you take that as empathising with huns....your
turning more like Jim with every post!

Heh, if FS has been quiet this idiot has been positively silent
recently. Probably about time for him to start another troll thread
about Jock Stein.

I think Miller can do a job. Velicka had a pretty decent strike rate when
playing for Hearts too IIRC. You're right though, I'm surprised after the
UEFA run and reaching the UCL that you dont have more money to splash. Maybe
it will be made available later.

Yeah I thought it was a very honest assessment from Fish Supper. Most fans
find it hard to criticise their clubs or fellow supporters so you've got to
respect the guy. btw which bits did you agree with?

I would have thought discussion of the bits he didn't agree with would be

I'm sure Angof will help us by clearing up which bits he did and didn't

There is NO POINT in him individually pointing out the bits he agrees with.
He has already said he agrees with most of it. Surely discussing the bits
he disagrees with would be more sensible - or perhaps you have some other
agenda to pursue?

tbh I'm genuinely interested in which bits Angof agrees with/disagrees with
in FishSupper's post. If that's what you call an agenda: so be it.

Discussing the bits he disagrees with would surely clarify that?

I think there were seven substantial points made by FS. Whether one wishes
to identify those points one agrees with or those points one disagrees with,
makes no difference to me. It essentially amounts to the same thing.

I'm not sure about acting like big brother as far as supporters busses and
British flags etc goes. As FS points out, 99% of Rangers fans behave so it's
a contradiction to suggest that the flags and songs need to be removed to
affect a solution. The overall gist I agree with...in particular the club
being pro-active in tracking down bigots/neds (not just regarding
Manchester) and using all the power they can muster to deal with them,
including private prosecutions.

What about in terms of his 7 numbered points? Since you don't seem to agree
with
>1. . Stop all the Dambuster, Land of Hope and Glory shit blaring out of the

Neither do you seem to agree entirely with
> 2. No flags of any kind (Israel, Ulster etc) other than the saltire &

You don't appear to agree with #3
> 3. Any supporters bus which is identified as carrying these flags singing

Sounds like you may agree with points #4-6 though

Here's Fish Supper's point #7....

The first three of his numbered points you don't entirely agree with, and
4-6 you agree with. So what about #7? ...I know you said you "Agree with
most of it," but would you care to elaborate a wee bit more?

How low was that, to use an ex tarrier they basically kicked out the club as

Im amazed at how callous and low they will go to win anything, disgusting
scum
