Think IMHO it looks bloody awful! But then architecture is very much down to
individual taste!

Seems to be something to do with Arup Sport, which I think may be
associated with a company called Arup. They seem to be engineers and
have been involved in loads of projects: Shaktar Donesk's new stadium,
a new stadium in Singapore, the Scottish Parliament, the BBC building
in Govan, the new tower in Glasgow, and last, but not least, flood
protection in Paisley....I always knew the buddies were a futuristic
looking people... ;)
Arup sound like one of those companies like Bechtel that are involved
in hunners of projects but no one really knows that much about them...
