Rangers have agreed to sign goalkeeper Neil Alexander from Ipswich Town.
A fee has been accepted by the Championship side for the twice-capped
Scotland international.
Ipswich boss Jim Magilton told the club website: "It's a dream move for him
and we couldn't stand in his way.
"He's back in the Scotland squad and we know he wants to enhance his
ambitions.
"It's a great opportunity for him and we wish him well."
More to follow...
Havent really seen him for Ipswich to any great deal, but apparently he's
been an ever-present in the side this season.
Wonder if he's willing to give up first team football to become a squad
goalie up here, or if Smith has promised him more than just a squad role?
