strachan
I always did like him to be honest and now he's gone up even more in my
estimation. He's too honest for his own good but it's about time somebody
had a go at the scum in the press -not the broadcast media just the
'news'papers. Can't see him lasting too much longer at parkhead though, not
now.

Well said FS...and I appreciate that view point all the more since you're a
hun.
Tabloid press are scumbags, it's about time more people stood up to
them..."I wish we had a Weir"...wonder who wrote that lie?

Not sure I agree with that....Jim Traynor (who I grudgingly respected)
suggested that standing your ground (ie WGS) may be a means of garnaring
respect from journalists....

Being a hun means that, unlike you lot I'm able to see things as they are
unclouded by hatred, paranoia and bigotry ;)

Depends what he said. If he said "I wish we had Weir" (which obviously he
didn't) it would be a lie. If he said "I wish we had someone like DW" then
he'd - actually the other way round - he'd be stupid not to want somebody
like DW. Any mangager would, DW is the ultimate professional. When WS signed
him I put my head in my hands - like every other bear. Now, you couldn't get
a defender like that for £10 million. Probably the conversation was about
the need for an older experienced player to give your very youthful defense
a bit of guidance. The journo suggested a DW type figure and WGS ran with it
not thinking he'd be stitched up.

Glad that's in the past tense - Traynor is the ubercunt. Slimy fucking toad
that he is. Have a look at yourself as well mate - respecting Traynor and
supporting Celtic - there's two wrong turns right fucking there! ;)

Ideal soulution would be if WS, Levein, Jimmy Calderwood, Collins and all
the *REAL* football men closed ranks behind WGS and took control of these
media cunts - cut off their oxygen supply.
