why joke of a tourney?
celtics management  obviously dont feel that as they had a 1st 11
starting from what was available to them.
sadly they just werent good enough.
however if they had got to the final then atleast 100,000 of their
supporters  would have wanted tickets and moaned other clubs needed a
fair share too fo this joke of a tourney.
Typical of so many tic fans who dont support the club in this tourney
yet try to bandwagon it when the chance of a trophy is on the table

The game was on TV. That hindered the attendacne.  You can say the
same about any teams fans, . They dont go to the games but moan when
they cant get a final ticket,  Even Ally McCoist says we should scrap
this tournment.

Not a great tournament i agree but still its a bit of silverware and no 
matter what the competition might be thought of teams should go out to win 
it.I dont believe players go out half heartedly playing in these games but 
theres usually a lull for many clubs during domestic comps in the run up to 
xmas.Still have to agree it does annoy me when people feel annoyed they cant 
get a ticket for the final when they havent been to a game in the run 
up.Fairs fair and all those that have been to a game should be given prefs.

I thought we really tried in that game, no sign of players playing half 
heartedly. Thought we managed to get a few chances and the problem was we 
didn't put them away. 2 good goals from Hearts and it was game over for 
us.

I for one hope there's no Sno this Christmas (pun intended).

I agree,think sno has had maybe a couple of good games but that it,I 
remember when he arrived he said he wanted to be the new henrik....you just 
knew it would go wrong!!!!So let him go,also and this might shock some but 
Donati hasnt impressed me at all and wouldnt be sad to see him go either.Saw 
on the BBC site i think it was that Balde after saying he wanted to stay is 
now wanting to go in January so that will free up some money too.Think we 
need to get hold of a couple of good defenders in January and maybe a loan 
forward too.

Agree too,Sno caused the 2 nd goal.  Maybe we could send him out on
loan or just let him go.  Donati hasn't impressed me either TBH.

dont argue it was a decent team we had out - just wished that we'd do the 
arsenal thing and give the kids a chance in a competitive environment.  I'd 
pay to go see that - its my personal opinion that its a tournament and while 
it is I'll not go near a CIS game.
