occasionally write a letter, put a stamp on it and send it.  Shocks people

We once had a 15yr old on work experience, who asked if he could listen
to his walkman while one of our analysts was showing him how the job went.
Next day he actually fell asleep at the desk. This was ten years or more 
ago,
so this isn't the first generation of knackers we are breeding at the 
moment.
