so do we dare believe these stories yet?

many places are reporting it as a done deal, but we've all heard that
before.

personally, i hope it is, he's a cracking little player and will
certainly show Big time Charlie what quality midfield play is, thats
for sure.

Hope it's true. Believe it or not, I was dahn the booza the other night, 
and I said (and I quote) "I do believe that fine Croatian fellow Modric or 
the talented Brazilian stroke Portuguese youngster Deco would be fine 
additions to our midfield. Just the sort of creative young chaps that would 
fit into the attacking spirit Mr Keegan is keen to engender." Something 
along those lines anyway.

I think we could well have the player..... but interesting that kk 
wasn't involved in the talks (that we know of). so the story of KK just 
dealing with the training and tactics side of things could well be true?

if true once again Newcastle have stolen the march getting players just 
like we did with enrique
