Would this be the same Moysey who they wanted out 18 months ago?
Scousers - you can't live without them, even tho we'd all like to give
it a try

I think you'll find the only 'scousers' who wanted him out 18 months
ago live in the red part of the city.
Don't be surprised, there are still a few Merseyside based kopites
living here, the rumours that they're all Norwegians who fly in for
the games are only partially true.
I see Eyan's xposted this to the Newcastle NG so allow me to make a
managerial suggestion to you, becasue clearly you lot are struggling
to appoint the right manager.... Sammy Lee!
There you go, pass that name on to your chairman with my compliments,
I'm sure Sammy's capable of achieving a respectable mid-table position
for you.

Some wanted Moyes out the vast majority did not. Who the fuck are you
to talk anyway? Are'nt you one of the fickle bastards calling for Keane
to be sacked?

Sacking Keane would be the biggest mistake we have ever done...
Mind you if we get relegated? £35 mill spent, apparently another £20 mill
available?
£55 million and relegated!!!!! I think he would resign....
Got my full support...Anyhow

No not fickle - just objective. .
Now then, although Moyes was under pressure 18 months ago ,at least it
looked like he had an eye for a player, was tactically aware and
anyone could see he was building something. I would say that
Allardyce's track record was similar and his sacking was crazy by
Newcastle.
Sunderland are the 4th biggest spenders in the Prem league this season
at the time of writing. Keane ,as Eyan has said, has spent - £35m so
far on what? Absolute dross - Jones apart and perhaps Richardson. He
has shown insecurity in buying and loaning many players he knew from
Man Utd who are either too old can't / didn't make it there. Another
£20m coming - I shudder to think what he'll buy although , to be fair,
Hunt is a decent player if we get him which is looking doubtful.
His tactical awareness is NIL as can be witnessed by results and his
motivational skills , thought to be his strength, are sadly lacking
too as our lacklustre performances testify. Don't forget we had to put
up with Wilkinson who was well past his sell-buy and McCarthy who
couldn't hack it in the Prem either. The similarities between the
displays under McCarthy and the displays under Keane are remarkable
except Keane has had big bucks to sped.
We are therefore left with the "emperor's new clothes" approach or an
objective opinion based on facts and not blind loyalty or emotion.
