Does it mean another appearance on Inside Sport to tell us what a lovely
bloke he is really?

Fat Sam brought him in on the agreement that he stays away from
trouble. Do you know if this was put in his contract? Can the club
terminate his contract?
I really hope this gives club the excuse needed to get rid of the twat
right away!

City added £2m to the money received for Barton and bought Elano.

Re: Barton refused bail
Only our club could pay that amount of money for Barton. No top club or
manager would have touched him with his record. Makes me smile to think of
him spending New year in the nick though. For once a Premier players smart
arse lawyer could not get him out. These guys think they are above the law.
Ironic when he accuses us of being viscous! He is typical of the type of
Premiership player that crowds are starting to despise. That's why the
crowds are turning viscous because of players like him who take the piss out
of the fans by being out till 5:30am a couple of days before a game and then
put in shit performances on the pitch. Still it's another one to add to his
"It was not my fault" list.
get rid of him, get rid of Fat Sam. Let's not forget Fat Sam was one of Fat
Freddie's brilliant appointments.

Re: Barton refused bail
Bugger I knew I would do that! When I was typing it I was thinking get
Vicious spelt right. So when I spell checked it I chose Viscous instead.
What a knob.
I suppose when you think about it though a crowd leaving the ground does act
a bit like a Viscous liquid running it's way out of the ground and down the
steps.

I sea. It's like that now, is it?
> How you doing Salty old bean.?
I'm a bean now, am I? Well, I suppose that it's better than "filthy mackem"
(hello Chris F, stopped wearing red and white yet? ;-> ) or, given recent
events, "blind linesman"...
Anyway...
Consider Motherwell, bereft of their team captain. That kind of puts Barton
and that missing offside decision into perspective...

Yep that's one thing that creeps up on you as you get older.
We realize we are not permanent creatures and it could happen to any
one of us at any time.
I've seen enough of my mates go to appreciate every day when it comes.
Happy new year Salty lets hope we have many more to come,or at least
wait till after we win the bloody prem mate.
Happy new year to Chris F and the regulars too, because I know you will
be as sad as me to read every chuffing post on here.;o)
