Transfers
Don't you think that,as the season grows closer,we should have some
kind of statement from Owen and Martins?how can Sam organise a team if
he does not know if two of his star players are staying or not.
Don't think it's the type of attitude we need.
Don't get me wrong,I hope they stay but we need to know and Sam can
get moving on replacements or we will end up with Viduka[a good 'un]
and Shola which is not so good in top class action.

no, i don't care any more.

allardyce says he is 100% certain owen is staying, that's good enough
for me, i'm frankly sick of fucking hearing all the crap from the
tabloids trying to flog him from under us.

oh, and martins said about a week ago he was happy at newcastle and
wanted to stay.

I agree too... The Sun is the worst of all tabloids with its "Arsenal after Martins" headline, as if
trying to influence Arsenal to buy him. Owen will stay - I cannot see him sticking two fingers up at
NUFC after all the patience and medical attention/treatment he was given by the club.

NUFC will be going places... a minimum of 6th place next season in my opinion... and must get rid of
Carr and Babayaro before the season commences. Must sign Geremi and Beye soon... both are fucking
good players.

If we get Viduka to play a full season without injuries, i think he
will be Sam's major signing this year. The little n large combo
upfront will work well. But that leaves Martins on the bench as i cant
see Owen not starting games. A healthy competition for places upfront
but still short at the back at the moment but im sure we'll get the
right players in. Think Carr will leave (thank fuck for that) as we
got Gerimi in yesterday.

OK missed that bit, thought the stories had a grain of truth[as I read
more than a couple of papers] and could not understand Sam saying he
thinks!!! Owen is staying.
He should just about have an agreement from Owen by now not just
thinking about the outcome.
We'll see.

We'll see.

We'll see.

We'll see.

no, i don't care any more.

allardyce says he is 100% certain owen is staying, that's good enough
for me, i'm frankly sick of fucking hearing all the crap from the
tabloids trying to flog him from under us.

oh, and martins said about a week ago he was happy at newcastle and
wanted to stay.
