Newcastle to finish in the top 4 next season?
With Arsenal finished as a force in football they will drop out the
top 4 and probably go bankrupt. with big sam now at the helm at
newcastle, can he steer them into the top 4 next season to herald a
new era of success at st james park?

it'd be nice, but no, i wouldn't have thought so.

i think we've a good chance of top 6, if we get some decent defenders
in, but top 4 is a step too far.

think a uefa cup place is a more realistic target for big sams first season,
lets not forget exactly where we finished last term, and how much dead wood
there is to get rid of.

tbh, babayaro and carr aside, i don't think we really need to get rid
of anyone else.

they may have underperformed last season, but then show me a player at
the club who didn't!

i think we'll see allardyce get the best out of players like duff,
emre, butt, etc.

as he's said himself, the squad has some good players, it's really the
defence that needs adding to, rather than midfield or attack now.

think a uefa cup place is a more realistic target for big sams first season,
lets not forget exactly where we finished last term, and how much dead wood
there is to get rid of.

tbh, babayaro and carr aside, i don't think we really need to get rid
of anyone else.

they may have underperformed last season, but then show me a player at
the club who didn't!

i think we'll see allardyce get the best out of players like duff,
emre, butt, etc.

as he's said himself, the squad has some good players, it's really the
defence that needs adding to, rather than midfield or attack now.

it'd be nice, but no, i wouldn't have thought so.

i think we've a good chance of top 6, if we get some decent defenders
in, but top 4 is a step too far.

keane did well, but even mccarthy won the championship, so sunderland

intertoto maybe, can't see them finishing in the top 6/7.

keane did well, but even mccarthy won the championship, so sunderland
fans need to be a bit more realistic imo.

it'd be nice, but no, i wouldn't have thought so.

i think we've a good chance of top 6, if we get some decent defenders
in, but top 4 is a step too far.

No chance, a top half of the table finish at best.

think a uefa cup place is a more realistic target for big sams first season,
lets not forget exactly where we finished last term, and how much dead wood

tbh, babayaro and carr aside, i don't think we really need to get rid
of anyone else.

they may have underperformed last season, but then show me a player at
the club who didn't!

i think we'll see allardyce get the best out of players like duff,
emre, butt, etc.

as he's said himself, the squad has some good players, it's really the
defence that needs adding to, rather than midfield or attack now.
