Well, not really. The Ronnie Gill reckons he's selling up but staying on as 
chairman. Like he's going to have any say.

That gives Ashley at least 70% now, and he only needs 75% for total control 
of the club, 90% if he wants to delist it.

christ, lets hope it's not permanent and that he has no real say in
the running of the club any more.

No, he won't. Ashley either already has or will very soon have over 75% 
(now Shepherd's sold up, the offer is far too good for anyone to refuse). 
He'll have total control over what happens, the chairman won't be able to 
do much about it.

Anyway, it's finally convinced me after weeks of indecision after the crap 
I saw last season. My 482 quid is being sent this afternoon.
