back
Keegan back?
Just got a fast tenner on him at 2/1. He is having a chin wag with
Mike Ashley in London tonight
I have foreseen it.

DOH. cracking game though. we do have a looooong way to go thought that is
plain 2 see.
there is not 1 player in the Chelsea squad who I wouldn't have in city's
starting 11. there is about 6 in the current squad that just isn't good
enough
no names mentioned but we all should know who they are.

I thought we played really well and against most teams we would have
got a result. Robinho had a cracking debut but Chelsea showed what we
need to be working on. Short one-touch passing to open up teams.

Re: berbatov
Chelsea were very good today, their passing and movement off the ball
were outstanding,
the way Anelka, Malouda, J Cole and Deco swapped positions was
fascinating to watch.
I'm glad this match, and all the hype that's gone with it, is out of the
way. Let's get on with taking points
from teams that it matters to take them from.
I saw enough today to think that we'll be more than a match for a lot of
teams this season.
What was the fcukwit in the plane up to? All i saw was a red shirt with
a zero on, were they
predicting the number of points the rags will get off us again?

Re: berbatov
yeh,
but their first goal was offside though - came back off a man in an offside
position ?
doesn't matter though really - we do have work to do they had way too much
possession and opened up our defence far too easily (annelka could have had
a Hat Trick.
I am sure Hughes will know that this game (against Chelski) came too early,
and too be fair.... they are good.

In our box they kept opening us up with ease and our defence looked
ropey compared to their attack. I thought Chelski were very fluid.
We were restricted to some openings on the EDGE of their box where they
got in some cracking blocks. We never really caused them problems near
their 6 yard box.
However, we tried to play football and didn't look overwhelmed like we
did last year. This is the start and we will beat most in the
premiership if we carry on playing like this.
Overall, the future is not that bad really! My glass is very much half full.
