Barton admits assault
Pal Joey has admitted twatting Ousmane Dabo in a "training ground bust-
up"

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/7481822.stm

What odds his current sentence is not extended and he gets credit for
time served?

Re: Barton admits assault
I heard on a news broadcast last night that he will receive a suspended
sentence for this case.
He's due to be considered for parole shortly.

That would be a real punch in the face for Ousmane Dabo.

Seriously though folks, if you can get away with a suspended sentence for
this sort of attack when you've already got a record I think there may be
one or two beatings I need to administer. Or maybe you can only get away
with it if you can afford his sort of lawyer.

Re: Barton admits assault
From ITV:

Barton had been due to stand trial over the incident but changed his plea
shortly before the hearing after Judge Mushtaq Khokhar indicated he would
impose a suspended sentence.

Still, he's quite likely to 'lose it' again and could well end up serving
time once more.

Don't know if you've seen the video, Joey is stood over Dabo just hitting
him. Pretty brutal, I can't believe that someone with previous just gets a
suspended sentence.

That's his McBeating. Although it does show the state he left Dabo in
aswell. It's really wrong that you can get away with that sort of thing,
especially when you've got previous.
