Doon't care mate. I never drive into Manchester during the week anyway.

It's still a tax on going to work. There is a way around it though, register 
your car as a private hire vehicle - they will be exempt from CG.

Yeah cos Manchester is just gridlocked isn't it?
Even with all the fucking about they've done with the lights to try and jam 
up the City they still can't get it congested enough.  There is no problem 
with traffic flow in Manchester other than what they've intentionally caused 
in order to verify the congestion charge.

Plus it isn't the city centre the M60 will be the outer boundary and once 
inside that boundary the charge comes into effect.

It is just a means to ripping off the already fleeced motorist.
