Anyone Bothered?
The season can't end quick enough now and i'm considering getting a
refund of my seasoncard money, it's an option.
Our three cards cost £1091, money that we parted with at the beginning
of March.
I'll wait and see who the new manager is and whether he's on board
before the beginning of July, but if i'm not impressed i might take the
ultimate sanction i can against the chairman.

I am awaiting an e-mail back from the ticket office about a refund and
as it was bought on a credit card I am considering getting them
involved.

I might make an enquiry about getting a refund as a shot across their bow.

Yep., But It is going to take another 36,998 for them to listen lol.
Still it is worth the protest and I could put it forward as a deposit
for a holiday.

Re: Anyone Bothered?
I was thinking to myself "what would i do with £498, other than put it
back in the bank"?

Can you do that? I had assumed that seasoncard money was non-refundable.

I cannot say for definate but under distance selling rules as I have
not received my season ticket I should be able to return it. I am
going to look into this more deeply as I am really cheesed off with
what is coming out of the club at the moment.

I think you may be covered under the Consumer Credit Act (1974) - non-
delivery of goods. Once the credit card company refunds the monies,
then the fight will be between them and the club.

Not sure it would work in this case as delivery of said goods is still
pending.

Worth a try though.

A few of my City mates have already decided not to renew. Not
necessarily because of the Sven thing, but cost and growing kids is
more of an issue.

I think it is also covered by the cooling off period on
distance-selling but will have to look up the clause/
