More momentum - the supporters clubs have got together and organised a
Support Sven Rally. Next Saturday 2.30pm at Eastlands. I'll be there as will
most of my mates.
Hopefully there'll be something organised at Anfield too.
The more I think about this, the more annoyed I get. It's not just about
Sven anymore. The key issue is that, after just 4 months, Frank has reneged
on a key statement in the Club's charter: "Manchester City Football Club are
immensely proud of our support and are committed to working closely with our
supporters to further all our footballing ambitions."
Unacceptable, Frank.

It was only nine weeks ago that they sent out our seasoncard renewals
with Sven on the front of the booklet.

Interesting piece in the Independent. 'Wank' apparently got the players to
do the promotional videos for the Thai tour just before he sacked Sven.
They're obviously not best pleased about that. He seems to treat everyone
disrespectfully.

Re: Momentum building (hopefully ) ?...
After less than a season he's shown his true colours.
Whilst City were winning he was fine, but as soon as
results took a nosedive his dictatorial nature took over.
The rumours of summer signings being big names and made by him
rather than the manager don't help either.
He thinks that because he's a billionaire and owns the club, he knows
best how to run it.
My experience as a City supporter tells me he's got it wrong.

I think a more persuasive symbol of support for Sven would be an all
out effort by the *players* against Liverpool at Anfield.
Might quash the memories of too many lackluster performances in the
2nd half of the season - very much including that spineless
capitulation against Fulham that brought all this to a head.

So much for that idea.
