Hi all,

I'm doing the run thing again this year.  I've promised that if I raise at 
least £400 for the CF Trust *AND* I fail to do it in under an hour, then 
I'll match whatever sponsorship I get.  It's something I really can't 
afford!  And there's a real risk I won't make it - the most I've managed to 
jog without stopping so far is 47 minutes - and that was outside the 1 hour 
pace.  Since then I had quite a nasty virus which knocked me off training 
for a week and then my sister brought her kids down, which knocked out 
another week, so I've now lost two weeks' conditioning and I've got just 
over three weeks to get to a sub-hour pace.  It's gonna be a close one.
