Derry
According to rumors, Warnock seems keen to sign him. To be honest I'd
quite like him back at Leeds.

In the latest LLL magazine for Dec 07 to Jan 08, the reasons we have
let Derry go seem clear from the managers perspective. His fitness
levels are simply not good enough to continue playing in the first
team with Leeds. It's on page 11.
"There's a certain standard of fitness needed and Shaun Derry needs to
improve on his, even from last season when he was playing. He needs to
get past that level, and he needs to play. He can go on loan, get fit,
and we'll take it from there... the door isn't shut for Shaun."

I don't think we are doing too badly in midfield at the moment. Howson
is only young yet he is playing some immense football. Prutton,
Carole, Douglas, Thompson and Hughes aint bad either plus we have
Radioactive KissiChef (sp? :) on loan from Leicester who will again
prove useful to us esp after losing Douglas today.
Walsall aint a bad side so I was quite happy with the draw today. I
expect that we will move onwards and upwards in the coming weeks and
it is likely that we will top the table sometime just before or just
after the New Year.
