It would have been a lot higher if that tight-fisted bugger had opened
the top tier of the East Stand.

Higher than the attendance at the Deli Alpi(sp?)

It's Delle Alpi i.i.r.c. When did Juve play in div 3 John?
Anyway, they were often hard pushed to get 20.000 in for many of their
CL games.

They could have been quite recently but got away with it and only
relegated to div2 back in 06.

Yep and their games at the weekend it seems. Looks like they are not
playing in the Delle Alpi at the moment though so that might explain
it somewhat. Seems they are playing in the Olympic stadium in Turin
(27,000 capacity) while their's is repaired. So that was a meaningless
point that Sky Sports made on Sunday.

Still, we have better attendance than the entire football league and a
chunk of the premiership too. I think there are only about 12 teams in
England with better attendance than Leeds and they're all
Premiership.

So what are your predictions for this w/e Woody? draw loss? ;)

When I predicted we would lose at Carlisle no-one batted an eyelid :0)

Anyway, we're back on track now, 'arry seems to be getting our defence
organized, so I think we'll win 0-2
