That 15 point deduction - This is interesting..
Taken from Vital Leeds:-
Our Situation
Leeds United: 7th place with 20 points, without the 15 point deduction we
would be top with 35, 11 points clear of the
When applied to the Premiership:
The 7th placed team is Portsmouth with 19 points, deduct 15 and that puts
them bottom with 4 points!
When applied to Championship
The 7th placed team is Plymouth with 20 points, deduct 15 and that puts them
bottom with 5 points!
When applied to League One
Forgetting ourselves, Brighton are level with us on 20 points, deduct 15 and
that funnily enough puts them bottom with 5 points!
When applied to League Two
The 7th placed team is Peterborough with 22 points, deduct 15 and surprise
surprise, that puts them bottom with 7 points!

That's some pretty poor reasoning, even by your standards Stef.
Exactly what comparison are you measuring by contrasting your position after
the justified imposition of a 15 point penalty, with that of clubs in an
equivalent position (again, having already factored the loss of points)
minus an additional 15 points? For the comparison to have any merit or
relevance, surely you'd need to start your comparison with the team in top
spot in each division, and then measure the impact of a hypothetical
penalty, knowing full well that they'd likely breached none of the rules
that leeds did when earning the said 15-point penalty.
Either way, I'm not remotely sure what you were trying to achieve. No matter
how many points leeds were on, there would still be at least 44 teams above
you, none of them too likely to be troubled by the likes of Carlisle...
