I didn't agree with ASBO's but I have changed my mind after reading this:

I agree with asbos but they really only work if the parents are threatened 
with eviction, the chances of getting another council or H.A property in 
leeds are minimal, 5 years ago you could walk into an housing office and be 
given a house pretty swiftly, now with the bidding system and right to buy, 
council houses in leeds are like rocking horse shit, so people will learn to 
respect thier homes and neighbours in future or they're basically fucked.

I think letting the aussies have 'em is going a bit too far, their arses
