he's a youth team coach at best that's it, he should really stick to that
job, coaches who try to be managers rarely succeed, brian kidd, john carver,
steve mcclaren etc.

Does that also include Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Gus Hiddink, Jose
Morinho, Bobby Robson, Rafa Benitez etc? I'm sure all these have
started out with a coaching role to start with in some form or
another. Agreed though on KB.

I really meant coaches who have spent most of their careers coaching, the
ones who have been coaches since thier playing days ended and suddenly
decide to have a crack at management after 20 years, never seems to work.
