What we need NOT to do
Am i right in saying that for Rangers to LOSE the league we need to
Lose another 2 games (celtic win by 2 points) unlikely
Lose 1 game draw 1 game (celtic could win on goal difference) Hmmmm, doubt
it, though not beyond the possibilities
Draw 2 games ( celtic could/would win on goal difference) hope not
Draw 3 games (celtic win by two points) remote
while celtic need to win ALL their games ?

Re: What we need NOT to do
Scenario 1 is wrong. If Celtic win their remaining games, and Rangers
Lose 1 and Draw 1, Celtic win the league by 1 point.
The rest is right.

Aye but it would have been worse if i had a seperate education.;o)
A bit like the celtic fan on the radio clyde (sure it was clyde, might have
been radio scotland) phone in 11 days ago who was convinced that since
celtic had beaten Rangers and also had two games in hand there was no way
that they could be caught, oops, shoulda went to specsavers before looking
at the league table i think

lol...nice one VOR...and another thing, if you win all your remaining games
this year, Rangers would have the most successful season of any Scottish
side in a generation...and then you really would have cause for voddies with
rum mixer...

From 6th April:
Rangers 8 Games left
celtic 7 games left
Points difference now Rangers
If Rangers draw the last 8 games: 8points from 24 (*equal to winning
2 losing 5 and drawing 1*) : Total points 83
If celtic draw 2 and win 5 they win 17 points: Total points 85
FUCK IT: Rangers need to get 90 points to guarantee winning the
league.
5 wins & 3 losses (15 points), or
4 wins, 3 draws & 1 loss (15 points)
3 wins & 5 draws (14 points), or
2 wins & 6 draws, (12 points),or
1 win & 7 draws (10 points) or
NOW:
celtic Played 35: goals 80pts
Motherwell(a) Hibs(h) Dundee utd(a)
Rangers Played 32: goals 75 points
Hibs(a)Motherwell(h)Dundee utd(h)Aberdeen(a) {St mirren(a)
Motherwell(a)TBA}
We still need 90 points to guarantee winning the league.
