[UKSF CL] Quarter-final draw
In conditions of strict secrecy, the draw has been conducted for the
quarter-finals of the UKSF Champions League and UKSF Cup. For each
competition the top qualifiers are drawn gainst those who qualified
second. Teams who qualified from the same group are not allowed to
meet again in the quarter-finals.

So here we go:

UKSF Champions League - Quarter Finals
=================================
Magic Sprouts v Mairangi Bay Mysterons
Poleson City Rovers Town Utd v Tentacle Dancers United
Jelly Jewellers v Me Myself and I
BarryKeithskoolofexcellence v Dean Windass's Flood Barriers

UKSF Cup - Quarter Finals
=====================
Sid's Shimmering Skulls v Erikeoidal Flavours
Bread On Wheels v Cornonthecob
Goalie of the Century v Dinga Ling
Fat Frank's Thin Friends v Beanflickers

Matches will be played over 2 legs, with the aggregate scores being
used to determine the winner. No home bonus will apply. A penalty
shootout will be used to determine the winner if the aggregate scores
are inconclusive.

I'm not yet entirely certain when the first leg will be played as the
next round of Premiership games is (mainly) mid-week next week and
Yahoo have a tendency to screw up those weeks. I will attempt to
clarify and post a notification before the game.

Cheers,

M

OK, I can now confirm that the first leg will be played in Yahoo week 21
which covers this Saturday's Villa game plus the mid-week games on
Tuesday and Wednesday.

Off you go.

For clarification purposes for the terminally stupid (ie: me):

First leg = week 21 (and only wk 21)
Second leg = ????

Correct.

To Be Determined, but unless you hear differently it will be Week 22
(i.e. matches over the weekend of 2nd/3rd Feb).

Given the fact that week 21 matches will not be completed until the
evening of Wednesday 30th Jan, I may struggle to get the results of the
first leg posted before the 2nd leg matches. My apologies for this. I'll
do my best.
