If Tendulkar and Lara are Australians and Border is an Indian or West
Indian, you will be singing exactly the opposite tune.
You are just another insignificant one in 6.6 bil

SRT never had the talented players and support from BCCI like
Border did.

SRT never had the talented players in the team and support
from BCCI like Border did in his team and from ACB.
There you go, I explained that 1 + 1 = 2.

jzfredricks,
English is not my native language but one thing is sure, I
have better comprehension skills than you.
I never said India had "no" talented players while SRT was
playing.
The comparison was between the talent available to SRT and Border.
You are a great spindoctor.

Re: Why Border is better than SRT and BCL; Was SRT needs 172 runs to overtake Lara
In my view, Border or Waugh have never had the natural talent of Lara or
Tendulkar. However they succeeded because of their determination and mindset
and were successful captains (probably Border less so than Waugh but the
comparative strength of their teams and the opposition counts).
To me, Border and Waugh had a lot more mental strength than the other two.

Last I know Taylor, McDermott for example didnt fix matches under
Border like Azharuddin, Jadeja and may be Kapil Dev in Sachins team.

Yep, Lara doesnt need McGrath, Warne and Ponting in his team to be the
greatest of all time. All he needed is the mind of Steve Waugh.
