It might be difficult to decipher, given his regular mangling of the
English language, but I'd hazard a guess that it would take the form
of something along the lines of:

"roy isnt a cheet its the indeans and english that you have to watch
out for
everyone knows that tendulkar and petersan are one steroids and that
petersen slyped drugs into warneys beer
anyway theres noting wrong with using some drugs roy would have a good
reason for using them and i bet his doctor will give him a
prescription for them now that its open as he suffers from nee
