How do I approach my girlfriend?

My girlfriend's got huge, ugly dangling pissflaps that not only get in
the way when we're fucking, but make me heave and retch every time I go
down on her. I want her to have labiaplasty to remove them, but I don't
know how to approach her about it. What would you suggest?
