What's going on folks? I'm a 400m runner. 50.79i & 49.37 outdoor. 18 yrs 
old. what about ye?

but putting together a 2012 web site, properly the third  biggest in the UK  so
far, so I  lurk for stories and News, My sport is Scuba Diving, lots of
floating, sinking, going with the flow, hence the handle Divingbrit.

Hi (Ciaran?), at 18 years old I was a 3000m runner 9:09 (IIRC) and
4:15.8 at 1500m.  That, however was many years ago.  I got that 9:09
down to 8:48 two years later, but after that my main improvements were
at longer distances - best of all being two minutes under the Road
Runners Club 1st Class Standard in the Chichester to Portsmouth race.
(1:27:48 for 26km)

Also took part in memorable team competitions like the Athletics Plate
Final.  (sponsored by G.R.E. in those days)

4:15.8 at 1500m.  That, however was many years ago.  I got that 9:09
down to 8:48 two years later, but after that my main improvements were
at longer distances - best of all being two minutes under the Road
Runners Club 1st Class Standard in the Chichester to Portsmouth race.
(1:27:48 for 26km)

Also took part in memorable team competitions like the Athletics Plate
Final.  (sponsored by G.R.E. in those days)
